Entrepreneur Business Village (EBV), is Dubai’s Government’s latest landmark development in the heart of Dubai. The million square feet commercial development is set to be the regions Largest Business Incubation Park and the focal point for all regional Entrepreneurial Development activities.
EBV aims to provide a complete enabling environment which will be conducive to the growth of start up businesses and small and medium enterprises (SME). It will cater to 100% UAE national as well as mix ownership companies. Unlike most commercial real estate developments EBV will be particularly sensitive to the challenges of setting up and doing business in Dubai and will display a portfolio of offerings suited to the needs of the SME sector including leading incubation services.
EBV is an initiative of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders (MBRE) which is the lead government entity spearheading the Dubai government’s efforts to develop the Small & Medium size Enterprise (SME) sector of the emirate, as well as encouraging and enabling UAE national entrepreneurs to take an active role in the infused development. The establishment has a portfolio of members covering a wide number of industries, including service, trade, commercial, professional and industrial.
